Edtech sites that accept guest posts and product submissions

Where to pitch an article or submit a learning product: education magazines, edtech news, teacher communities and app directories that say they accept contributions.

Woodander Media Published Oct 5, 2026 · Updated Oct 26, 2026 · 6 min read

Education is a field where teachers and learning designers trust what their peers write far more than ads. That makes contributed articles, case studies and directory listings unusually valuable for edtech founders — if you know which publications accept them.

These education and edtech sites say on their own pages that they accept guest articles, product submissions or both.

How we built this list. On 10 October 2026 we opened each site's own pages — the home page, the "write for us", "advertise" and contact pages — and noted only what the site itself says it accepts. Every "open to" item links to the page where the site says so. We left out link farms and sites whose main business is selling links. Policies change, so read the linked page before you pitch.

What education editors usually want

  • Practice, not promotion. A lesson, a classroom experiment or a measurable result with your tool in it — told by someone who taught it.
  • Teacher voices. A teacher co-author or quotes from teachers carry more weight than a founder's pitch.
  • Evidence and limits. Say what worked, for whom, and what did not. Education readers are allergic to overclaiming.
