Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Woodander, including Discover, Media, Market, Outreach, SEO tools, TOP and the Workspace. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Woodander.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if higher.
• You may close your account at any time from your settings.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Woodander to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• submit spam, misleading, fraudulent or malicious content, or fake reviews, views, clicks or bids;
• claim projects, sites or channels that you do not own or represent;
• scrape, overload, probe or attempt to disrupt the service, or bypass its limits;
• harass others or publish hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful material.

4. Your content and moderation

You keep ownership of what you submit to Discover, Media, Market, Outreach and elsewhere. You give Woodander a non-exclusive licence to host, display, adapt for display, and promote it within the service for as long as it is on Woodander. You confirm you have the right to submit it.

We may review, edit, label, decline, unpublish or remove content, and suspend accounts, that break these terms or the law. Editors decide what Media publishes; a plan or payment never buys an editorial decision or a link.

5. Paid features

• TOP bids are paid sponsored placements. A bid buys the chance to be shown in the sponsored spot according to the published rules; it does not guarantee any rank, traffic, clicks, sales or other result.
• Partner and sponsored content is always labelled as such, and its links are marked accordingly.
• Deals between advertisers and publishers on Market are made between them. Woodander is not a party to those deals.
• Featured projects in Discover are paid placements for a fixed period. They are always labelled as Featured and never change TOP results, editorial picks, Woodander Marks or the order of search results. A Featured spot removed for breaking the rules is not refunded.
• Articles from contributors and authors in Media must be useful to readers. They may not be advertising for the author’s own project or business: promotional articles are published only as Sponsored, labelled and with sponsored links.
• Sponsored articles in Media go through the same editorial review as other articles and are labelled Sponsored. Payment does not guarantee publication. Payments are final and non-refundable, except when our editors decline an article before it is published: then we review a refund.
• Woodander Marks and achievements are earned, never sold, and are not a rating of a project's quality.
• All Woodander prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Taxes are calculated and collected by our payment partner where applicable.

6. Payments and subscriptions

• Payments are processed by AgentaOS, which acts as Merchant of Record. It handles your payment details, taxes and invoices, and its terms apply to the payment.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and are not charged again.
• Paid plans and placements start right away, so all payments are final and non-refundable, including unused time after cancelling. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We may change prices or plans for future periods, and will tell you before a change affects your subscription.

7. AI-generated content

Some features use AI to draft, analyse or suggest content. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other text. You are responsible for reviewing it before you publish or rely on it. Text you submit to these features is processed by our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Connected services, Autopilot and API

• When you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress or another service, you authorise Woodander to access it on your behalf for the features you use. You can disconnect at any time in the Workspace or in that service.
• Autopilot and other automations act only within the rules you set. You are responsible for what is published on your own website, including content you approve or allow to be published automatically. Woodander is not responsible for how search engines or other platforms rank or treat your site.
• API and MCP tokens are personal. Keep them secret, use them only for your own account and agents, respect the rate limits, and do not resell or share access. We may revoke a token that is misused.

9. Our service and your data

We work to keep Woodander available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", and features can change or be withdrawn. Data from third parties, such as search or SEO metrics, is provided for guidance only.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Woodander is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost traffic or lost business, or for content and conduct of other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, fraud or intentional misconduct, or your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Ending use

You can stop using Woodander at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and will say why where we can. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as liability and content licences needed for what is already published, continue after that.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. When changes are significant we will notify signed-in users before they apply. Continuing to use Woodander after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of Ukraine unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to your local courts. Questions can be sent to the addresses below.
