- Verified separately
After your listing is approved
- Verify ownership Optional and separate from signing in: verify your domain or connect the platform. Domain verified means you control the site — it doesn’t verify traffic.
- Receive enquiries Each enquiry is saved in your Workspace with the channel and offer it’s about, and you get an email for every new one.
- Reply and agree Reply by email, agree the details and get paid directly by the advertiser. You update the enquiry’s status yourself.
You can set up your channel and offers without an account. To save and submit, sign in or register with your Woodander account — Google or email and password, no separate Market account. Signing in doesn’t verify channel ownership — that’s a separate step.

How to read a listing
Every figure and badge says where it came from. These signals are independent of each other.
- Channel connected
- The owner connected the platform (e.g. YouTube). Only the figures marked Connected are read from it, with a date. It doesn’t make every period’s figures verified.
- Domain / ownership verified
- Woodander checked that the owner controls the site or channel. This doesn’t verify traffic or results.
- Owner-reported
- The owner typed this number in. It’s labelled and not checked by Woodander.
- Publicly sourced · unconfirmed
- Found on the public website. The owner hasn’t confirmed the offer, price or availability.
- Not available
- If a figure isn’t known, it isn’t shown — no zeroes, no placeholder badges.

Questions
Short answers. Details on Market and on each channel page.
Is listing my channel free?
Yes. A basic listing with your channel and offers is free.
Does Woodander handle payment between advertisers and publishers?
No. For third-party offers, you agree terms and pay the publisher directly. Woodander takes no commission.
Does sending an enquiry book a placement?
No. It starts a conversation. The publisher confirms availability, details and the final price.
How do I know audience figures are trustworthy?
Each figure is labelled: connected, owner-reported or publicly sourced. Treat owner-reported numbers as the publisher’s claim and ask for evidence if it matters.
Can a publisher list more than one channel?
Yes. One Woodander account and Workspace can hold several channels, each with its own offers.
Do I need an account to contact a publisher?
No. A short guest enquiry with your email and a message is enough.
Do I need an account to list my channel?
Only at the last step, to save and submit. Sign in with Google or with email and password — the same Woodander account you use everywhere else; everything you entered is kept.
Can I pause or edit my offers?
Yes. Once approved, you can update prices, change availability, pause, archive or remove offers from your Workspace.
Are website ownership and traffic verification the same thing?
No. “Domain verified” means the owner controls the site. It says nothing about traffic, which is owner-reported unless stated otherwise.
What if a listing is publicly sourced and unclaimed?
Its offers are unconfirmed and Woodander can’t deliver messages to it. Use the link to the publisher’s own advertising or contact page.
